Talent acquisition specialist

minus5 is looking for a Talent acquisition specialist to work on the selection and recruitment processes.

In this position you will join our emerging HR team that is responsible for the full-life cycle in recruitment, participates in taking care of the internal team and processes and collaborates with external organizations. Our goal is to provide support to the entire minus5 team in all the segments that help them be satisfied in their workplace. Accordingly, we want to expand our HR team in which each member will be dedicated to a particular domain of activity and thus provide the best possible approach to each employee and his needs.

What will you do:

• Work closely with our Heads in shaping employment needs, making ideal candidate profiles and job advertisements
• Find job candidates through ads or headhunting
• Manage the selection process (interview, testing, recruitment)
• Continuously communicate with candidates and Heads about the selection process course
• Lead the hiring process (writing a job offer, organizing the administration and preparing the team for the arrival of a new employee)
• Maintain a candidate database
• Find new resources and tools for the selection and recruitment process
• Continuously improve the efficiency of the selection and recruitment process

What do you need to have:

• Graduate degree in social sciences or humanities
• 2+ years of experience as a Talent acquisition specialist or in a similar positions
• Experience of independently leading the full-life cycle of selection and recruitment process
• Good knowledge of advertising platforms and recruitment tools
• Work experience in IT or related industry
